Conveniently pay your premium on My AIA, our all-in-one customer portal for your policy, health, and wellness needs.
Here's how:
- Visit My AIA here. Bookmark the link to easily go back to My AIA!
- Enter your username and password then click Login. For existing users, you may use your ePlan or AIA Vitality login credentials. If you do not have a My AIA account yet, click Register now.
- Once logged in to My AIA, click Make Payment.
- Choose the policy that you would like to make a payment for then click Proceed.
- Select your payment method: Credit/ Debit Card or Bancnet.
- Key in your card details, then click Pay Now.
- Wait for confirmation on your payment then click Back to My Policy.
If paying using a credit/ debit card, you have the option to enroll in Auto-Pay so that you can automatically charge your premiums when they fall due.
