The Code of Conduct is designed to give you a practical understanding of how to make the right decisions in your day-to-day work. It provides clear guidance on important issues and outlines how we should all behave and conduct business at AIA at all times and under all circumstances.

These are applicable to all AIA officers and employees. If you are aware of any actions that violate this Code, we depend on you to let us know. If you have any questions on its meaning or application, you should not hesitate to ask your manager or compliance team.
