My AIA

My AIA is our all-in-one customer portal for your policy, health, and wellness needs. With My AIA, you can pay your premiums, view your policy details, avail of health solutions at exclusive preferential rates, and much more.

My AIA also offers a link to the AIA Vitality mobile app where you can automatically log in to your AIA Vitality account when on mobile. Do note that you’ll need the AIA Vitality mobile app installed on your device.

All existing and active policyowners of AIA Philippines and AIA Vitality members will have access to My AIA.

Non-policyowners, meanwhile, can explore the site and do the following:

  • Assess current financial needs through Liv, our Online Financial Needs Assistant
  • Schedule an appointment with a AIA Life Planner
  • Learn about health, wellness, and personal finance from featured articles
  • Reach out to us for any assistance needed

If you previously had an ePlan or AIA Vitality account, simply log in to My AIA using your credentials. If you are a new user, visit My AIA through this link, then follow the steps below:

  1. Launch My AIA on your browser.
  2. On the home page, click on Create Account.
  3. Fill-out a short form with your information: policy number, mobile number and/or email address that you provided during your policy application, and the date of birth of the insured person.

Upon successful creation of your My AIA account, you may log in using your credentials.

If you have policies with both AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, you will have to create separate My AIA accounts – one for AIA Philippines and another for BPI AIA.

Don’t worry, an AIA Philippines customer service representative can help you register. Please send us an email at customerservice.ph@aia.com with the following details: 

  • Policy Owner’s Full Name (First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name)
  • Policy Number, and the nature of your concern (i.e., My AIA Registration Assistance)

Please expect a response to your concern within one (1) business day.

You may also click on the Forgot login details button on the My AIA homepage, then follow the on-screen instructions to get back on track. 

There’s no need to download My AIA from app stores. Instead, once you are in My AIA, you can opt to install it on your mobile device so that you can easily come back to it. Here’s how:

For iOS users

Step 1: Launch www.aia.com.ph/myaia on Safari.
Step 2: Tap the Share button in Safari.
Step 3: Tap Add to Home Screen.
Step 4: Tap Add in the upper-right corner.

For Android users

Step 1: Launch www.aia.com.ph/myaia on your browser.
Step 2: Open your browser’s settings.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Step 4: Confirm by tapping Add.

Here’s are some of the self-service transactions you can do in My AIA, anytime, anywhere:

  • Make online premium payments
  • Access details of your policy/ies and your e-policy contract
  • View your transaction history and download official receipts
  • Update your contact details such as your email, mobile, or home address
  • Select your preferred option for receiving future benefit pay-outs
  • Receive important notifications on any pending dues and/or requirements
  • File a claim
  • Access the list of AVEGA-accredited doctors and hospitals for customers with AIA Med Assist policies
  • Access AIA Vitality and our suite of health and wellness solutions that let you enjoy preferential rates on select services, and
  • Check out the latest products, promotions, and informational health and wellness articles.

Upon logging in, you will immediately see the tabs on your My AIA homepage that will allow you to:

  • Pay your premiums
  • Assess your current financial needs
  • File a claim through the AIA Philippines corporate website
  • View your policy information
  • Access your AIA Vitality account 
  • Avail of preferential rates for value-added services offered by key partners
  • Read health and wellness articles
  • Learn more about our products and current promotions

Easily pay your premium by following these steps:

  1. On the My AIA homepage, click on the Make a Payment button.
  2. Choose the policy with an outstanding premium you would like to pay.
  3. Select your preferred payment method: debit/ credit card or via a BancNet account.
  4. Input the required account details.
  5. Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful payment.

Easily update your contact information by following these steps:

  1. On the My AIA homepage, click on the Update Contact Information button.
  2. Select the policy you would like to update and the contact details you would like to change (i.e., email address, mobile number, home address).
  3. Click on the Update Details button.
  4. If updating a mobile number, enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to the new number.
  5. Wait for the on-screen notification confirming your successful contact information update.

You can easily update your preferred pay-out option for your future benefits by following these steps:

  1. On the My AIA homepage, click on the Pay-out Option button.
  2. Select the policy you would like to update and choose your preferred pay-out option.

    Important reminder! In compliance with the Philippines’ Anti-Money Laundering Act, we will no longer release benefits more than Php 500,000 or USD 10,000 through the Pick-up Anywhere (PUA) facility starting September 13, 2021. To avoid delays in pay-out processing, please choose to have your benefits credited to your preferred bank account instead.

  3. Click on the Submit button.
  4. Wait for the on-screen notice confirming your successful update of your preferred benefit pay-out method.

Access your AIA Vitality account by simply tapping the Vitality section and clicking on the AIA Vitality app’ button. Doing so will redirect you to the AIA Vitality mobile application. This, however, is applicable only when you access My AIA through a mobile device.

Important reminders

  • If you have not downloaded the AIA Vitality application, you will be redirected to the app store when you click on this button.
  • If your AIA Vitality membership lapsed, this button will not be clickable, and you will instead be given pointers on how to reinstate your membership.
  • If you are not yet an AIA Vitality member, an Inquire Now button will be reflected. Clicking on this will lead you to the Get in Touch section of the AIA Vitality page of our corporate website where you’ll be asked to input your information.

This tab will show you the following:

  • A dashboard where you can input your health metrics such as height, weight, and blood pressure. The information provided will be used to automatically compute for your body mass index (BMI).
  • A list of all the value-added health services made available for you at preferential rates through our partner, eZHealth. These include the following: teleconsultation, medicine order and delivery, laboratory requests, and symptoms checker.

Watch out for new partners and services that will be made available soon.

Important reminder! Once you click on each of the services, you will automatically be redirected to the eZHealth app or website if you have an existing account with them. If you don’t have an eZHealth account yet, you will be asked to download the eZHealth app if accessing via mobile phone and create an account before availing the services.

Follow these steps to avail of any of the health services offered in My AIA:

  1. Download the eZHealth app if you are on mobile. If you are on desktop, you will be redirected to the eZHealth website from My AIA.
  2. Click on the Health tab of My AIA. 
  3. Choose your preferred service from the list and follow the succeeding on-screen instructions. 

On your My AIA home page, simply click on the Profile tab located at the lower right corner. You can do the following:

  • Edit your contact details, like home address or contact number
  • Change your password
  • Access the Terms and Conditions of Use as well as the Privacy Policy and Marketing Consent
